Went to 2 subways here in NJ trying use a coupon that we got in the mail yesterday . None will accept thier coupons anymore. Reason given was due to inflation. I said then why are they sending out coupons in the mail. No more subways for us. We went next door and got Chinese instead. Much better and customer service

I placed an online order at 7pm for 7:40 pick up. Once order was placed I received a notification that my card was charged double. 2 minutes later a notification that half was refunded. I was 17 minutes away so I tried calling multiple times. There is a recording with the store hours and then disconnects. No option to speak to anyone or leave a message. I get there, food is not ready and he does not know what I’m talking about. After 5 minutes of trying to explain, I sit down to try to look it up. While doing so 3 men walk in, not together. One is obviously someone he knows well. After he greeted the gentleman I explained to him I found the issue. He says to me “Well I’m closing soon (it’s now 7:30) so I’ll take them and then you can reorder.” Uhmm what in the lack of common sense and customer service is going on here? I just walked out. I’ll dispute my order with PayPal in the am but after my ordeal, not being able to reach anyone, explaining to him the drive etc. The audacity of him to think I should wait until everyone who just walked in ordered before he corrected this issue is amazing. Never coming back to this subway. It appears to be ran by teenagers.

I had a salad delivered to me the other day and because they are around the corner from me it defaulted to them. I ordered a spinach salad and the salad container was literally only a third full. If you’ve ordered a salad from Subway in person and have seen how they make it, it’s obvious that this was just pure lake of care/laziness. I started driving to the location in Willingboro located on Rt 130. The difference in service, food quality, and cleanliness is like night and day. It’s wild. A nice Wawa opened across the street from them that offers everything they do, I don’t understand why they haven’t gotten it together to at least attempt to compete

Horrible place to get food from. I ordered online went to pick my sandwhich up and after 20 minutes it wasn't even made. I had to literally force them to switch gloves after touching handles, the microwave, and their oven. The food preparers initial response was, "we dont switch gloves at subway." After all that my sandwhich wasn't even cut in half. 0 stars if possible.

This location is so horrible that I will drive out the way to another one. I ordered online and it said our order would be ready in 20min. My Fiancé gets there only to find out they never even looked at their online order screen so He waits until other customers have been served. Next My Fiancé realized the associate hadn't changed their gloves AFTER having served other customers TOUCHING EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE REGISTER & MONEY. He asked the associate to change his gloves and the associate had the audacity to SAY NO!! He realized the other customers were watching and changed His gloves AFTER BEING ASKED AGAIN OR A REFUND WOULD BE DEMANDED. Since Subways are franchised, there usually isn't an opportunity to speak w/corporate which is a shame especially with the current pandemic. If safety measures are ignored and refused even at a customer's request, there's no telling what else this location doesn't/won't do!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

I wish there was negative rating for this Subway. Very bad experience visiting this Subway. So me and my friend entered this Subway and the lady who was taking our order started off in a rude manner regarding our order. Ignoring her basic greeting skills..we moved ahead and ordered Veggie pizza and my friend ordered for a Chicken Pizza. The lady working there said she didnt have any to go boxes for pizza so we politely agreed to carry it in a salad box. Then to my surprise what she had done was she made the chicken Pizza and using the same gloves prepared my Veggie Pizza. Ignoring that when we went for billing .. she charged us extra. Since there was a concern when I asked her in a soft manner she again spoke to us rudely as if she is doing some kind of a favor and giving the order for free. For veggie pizza she charged the usual amount. The issue was with another pizza. She charged it as a veggie pizza and then charged extra for additional veggie toppings..the chicken pizza had only 2 veggie toppings. I understand the why theres a charge for chicken topping.. but didnt get why additional charges for 2 veggie topping for which it was already charged. When asked her about this..she started giving stupid reasons and went about saying actually we charge even for the Sauces which we are giving free.. it was hilarious as I am hearing it for the first time that too in a subway where they charge for the sauces they put. Worst experience ever. They should learn some etiquette and manners on how to manage and talk to a customer..

So first of all, the cookies are softer than the foam that you thought would keep your package safe from FedEx. And them employees nice af. And my dude already know what I'm about to get when I walk in. But overall food is super good! Definitely recommend it.
