With a receipt they always find a reason to not return your money. I have seen black customers ask a question, and it's always the same rude, jump to conclusion assumption that people of color are lying. Without a receipt, forget about going in there, they will not exchange anything, even if they remember you from the day before. The wife is rude and disrespectful, the husband is a close follow-up; they do have a daughter who is very well adjusted to different races and cultures, she is very business oriented and has personality plus, it's a shame that she's not there now. Maybe the daughter has returned to school, or maybe she is tired of being embarrassed by her parents!

The workers are unbelievably bossy like i was looking at a wig and the one lady would not leave me alone about having to cut my hair off to wear one after i informed her i knew what i was doing, I was not even allowed to turn the wig around to look at the back of it this place really needs to work on its customer service
