Fantastic experience. I am selling the car and was advised to get it detailed. Even though he was booked up for a week, Charles called me back when a he got a cancellation and took my car right in. He did an amazing job, even steam-cleaned the engine. Plus, Charles is a super-nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He obviously works hard and takes an immense amount of pride in what he does. I've been going to Charles for a couple years now. He's always done a stand up job, but where he really excels is with his customer service. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. Charles is always willing to work around schedules and do everything he can for his customers. I recently had my puppy have an accident in my truck's seat and I asked if he could help out. Without a beat, he instructed me to come in that same day and he made the seat look brand new. Charles is also a big supporter of the military and always willing to give great deals. Maybe Charles was having a bad day because I was not happy one bit. The car wasn't detailed it was washed and waxed. Intrrior was vacuumed but there as no detailed cleaning. Still had dirt and dust in some spots that should have been removed, A drip line all the way doen the drivers door. He didn't bother to open the hood and blow out dirt under the wipers. The interior was wiped down but far from clean. He didn't have change so I owed him 5 bucks and told him I would drop it off then he says I close at 6. For 200 bucks I expected a much better job especially since he quoted me 185 and told me I was wrong. So I took him.his 5 bucks a couple days later, told him I wasn't happy and can guarantee you I eilal never use this place again and suggest you don't use it at all. I doubt he spent 2 hours time on my very clean car I took him. Look elsewhere people and avoid his excuses later. Service: Auto detailing

Part of me doesn't want to tell the world how incredible Charles is so to keep him secret, but the world deserves to know how amazing his quality of work, professionalism, and charming personality are. I would rate him ten stars if possible. He made my car look pristine! He didn't judge me when he discovered the partially melted chocolate bar I forgot about in my glove compartment. A true gift.

Great experience. Charles does top quality work and is a pleasure to deal with. I took my car because I had water spots that were deep in the paint. Nothing I tried would get them out. Charles said he could take care of it and delivered on the promise for a reasonable price.

I have personally known Charles for a great deal of time and I must admit no one else touches my car but him. He takes pride in his work and connects with his customers on a personal level. His exception of detail from the others is the amount of time he spends "detailing" every corner making your car look like fresh from the factory again. Most crucial of all his prices are reasonable and affordable!
