DO NOT use Home Depot for your counters. They outsource to companies with no work ethic and awful customer service. Stone systems installed my granite counter tops and broke it during installation. They did not tell me there was an issue. Once they left I noticed the molding from my island was broken off which brought me to look closer and they broke off a corner and epoxied it back. You can see the epoxy, the corner is leaning down, they spilled epoxy on my brand new wood floors. I have emailed/text/called them and Home Depot and I haven’t received any resolution.

I found the ethernet cable I needed. It was the length I needed. I did self check out and it was fast. Very satisfied.

As usual no matter the city or state the Home Depot is always exactly what I expect it to be. Friendly staff willing to smile and stay outta my way. Though the stores do have different layouts, I always seem to find my way quickly to whatever it is I’m fetching. Home Depot for President!

I asked a gentleman in lighting for the exact piece I had in my hand. He laughed & said any piece would do. I told him I’m not familiar with any of this & that my electrician told me to buy this specific piece. He was incredibly condescending the entire time. I already feel out of my element at a place like Home Depot, I’m asking for help, simply provide help & lose the snark.

Great place that had everything I needed. The guy at the paint desk was great in helping me get my color. The woman at the self checkout was a gem. I hate self checkouts. I don't work for the store, so why should I do the work? But she did it all for me and I was very appreciative.

Upper management should really consider hiring someone to clean up the grounds outside the store. Some basic upkeep can go a long way. Other than that, avoid going here in the evening time. Can never get the proper help from employees, and it always turns into a huge head ache trying get anything.

Kept on telling me my order will be ready tomorrow, then tonight, then tomorrow. No one at customer service has any concern for getting things done quick. No one answers the phone.

I purchased a few items in the Garden Area @ the Westampton store. As I was walking by a worker who was busy unloading plants and such, he PRETENDED not to see me as I was walking by. He PRETENDED to be too engrossed in his duties. While I was walking 🚶♀️ back to the checkout line to pay for my items that is when all of a sudden he asked me if I needed assistance. No hello greeting though, no smile. Guess he thought that I thought good customer service does not matter! Well guess what Home Depot; it matters every single time with every single customer who shops at the store! #badshoppingexperience# Decent cashier though.........

This Home Depot I don't go to much, not sure why. But the place is never crowded and I seem to get in and out without ever leaving empty handed. Plus I always seem to get a great parking spot here too. Might have to start coming to this location more.
