CVS here on 45th and troost is lacking in products medical pain medicine healthcare products laxative and all of that the shelter empty over there they're missing they're never full

The cashiers and pharmacist are great but the security person/black woman in a tshirt with security on big letters, followed us throughout the whole store. I was extremely annoyed and slightly offended. She started watching us before we even made it into the store. Let me be clear, I've never stolen anything in my life. My daughter works two jobs at 18 years old and doesn't need or want to steal anything. So cvs could you please let your security know that all that following people around is uncalled for.

I have been coming to this location to shop for a little over a year seeing it’s the closest location to me. The store is always disorganized and things are thrown all over the shelf. However I deal because like I said it’s convenient and the cashiers are usually very helpful. A nice older African American male, named Sam… maybe he’s VERY HELPFUL in the mornings and usually a nice younger African American male DEVIN OR DEVON maybe… in the morning on weekends. As well as an older Caucasian male I think the manager during the day. So the customer service was great. I have a 1 year old daughter so I’m here every week buying baby are items I save ALOT WITH my CVS EXTRA CARE PASS AND DEALS. But I made my LAST visit today when the customer service went to ZERO! Who ever was the manager was this evening was EXTREMELY RUDE. And the cashier needs more training. The very unprofessional security guard was in a Spaghetti strapped tank top. Which by the way one past visit I had an experience were she tried to playful touch on my little babies hands during this very nasty season of the pandemic. I told her please don’t touch her and she mugged me and hasn’t greeted me since that visit. Which frankly idc but just no thanks THROW THIS WHOLE LOCATION IN THE DUMPSTER. You lost this loyal weekly costumer I’ll take my money else where LIKE up the street... there’s a cvs on every corner but I’ll also be canceling my care pass as well..

The good: pharmacy is great. Helpful pharmacists and they are very diligent about correct prescriptions. The bad: other employees are hit-and-miss. Some are rather rude and come off as condescending. Prices have gone up noticeably. For alcohol you are much better off going to Costco now. It's too bad because the sales used to be good. For everything else, head across the street to Walgreens.

The store personnel are friendly and make they sure you get all of your discounts. However, outside-the parking lot and the sidewalk along the side of the building are always littered with trash. Last visit I picked up a whole sack of trash.

I go to this CVS every couple of days as I live very close. I went in last night with a black friend and the security guard literally walked next to us and was never more than 2 feet away from us. There were several other people in the store at the time, my friend was the only POC. Other than that I always have a good experience. Just thought people should know this store is obviously employing racist security.

Very patient with me as I tried to use one of my discount cards to buy Tamiflu (N-2 miserable flu !) they ran all 3 and gave me best price. I do not go here very often - use the one on 75th - but when you are sick you go to who has the medication necessary. Pharmacy staff was nice!
