I have seen black customers ask a question, and it's always the same rude, jump to conclusion assumption that people of color are lying. Without a receipt, forget about going in there, they will not exchange anything, even if they remember you from the day before. The wife is rude and disrespectful, the husband is a close follow-up; they do have a daughter who is very well adjusted to different races and cultures, she is very business oriented and has personality plus, it's a shame that she's not there now.
