Wonderful staff! Very clean environment! I appreciate the fact that the vet was educating me instead of just trying to push me into doing something like most veterinary’s will do. The most important thing about Noah’s Ark that I love is they actually care about your pet and not your wallet. Thank you to all the hard working staff that work for this company!

They were very thoroughly with examining my dog. Things I wasn’t aware of and the other location never mentioned. Anyways, the West Chester location is performing her second test to make sure. The staff helped me with finding boarding and additional info for my dog. Just an amazing group!!! God bless this location amongst others.

Had a great experience with my pet dog here. The doctor was great and so was their supporting staff. They did a really good job keeping my dog comfortable during the exam, vaccines, and nail clippings

They are very professional from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out. They knew from last visit Obi has very bad anxiety. And they treated him so good. He did such a great job because of the staff taking their time and caring for him as if he was their own.

Best veterinarian office in the tri state area hands down!! My dog has a great time whenever he visits and he’s very loved and well taken care of by staff. The receptionist are very polite and more than helpful! All of the family dogs go to Noah’s Ark, never a bad experience. Both West Chester and Colerain have the same quality of service.

I promised my sister, before she passed (Jan 2021), I would take care of her fur baby. Once I brought her fur baby to Ohio from California, I needed to find a vet. A co-wotker referred me to Noah's Ark Animal Clinic. Each visit has been great. The staff is very friendly and treats my fur niece as one of their own. Thank you!!❤

Best veterinarian office in the tri state area hands down!! My dog has a great time whenever he visits and he’s very loved and well taken care of by staff. The receptionist are very polite and more than helpful! All of the family dogs go to Noah’s Ark, never a bad experience. Both West Chester and Colerain have the same quality of service.

I was very concerned about the swelling s as long one side of my Dachshunds (Biggie) nose. He was lethargic and more stubborn than usual. Apparently he has an infected tooth! I was surprised at how reasonable the quote was for the surgery. Soon Biggie will be back to his happy energetic self ( but still stubborn!) and playing with Big sister Bella!

We have been going to the west Chester location paying for the puppy wellness plan for 2 puppies for the last 6 months. While they are good for general prevention and shots, if your animals come in with any other issue like a respiratory illness... they just make stuff up or guess. Our 5 month old golden doodle has been hacking a lot and thrown up white foam. The vets response was to give antihistamines but it doesn’t seem to be helping or making whatever it is go away. They tried to say it was an ear infection and wanted to charge us almost 100$ for an ear swab to see if he had a bacterial infection in his ear and medicine. Instead I paid for the antihistamines and asked them to clean his ears ( which I was then informed his ears were clean) that I had to pay for as well. We cancelled our puppy wellness plans today and were told that we would have a balance of over $300 because we didn’t continue paying monthly even though we haven’t even utilized all the retail services (like neutering). I am so frustrated and disappointed with everything yet we still haven’t gotten our puppy’s issues rectified after all that. Don’t go here or pay for the wellness plans because if you cancel you will owe and if you don’t pay it, it goes to collections.
