I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer. I bought a brand new 2018 expedition from them in 2019. Had multiple issues with the transmission. After having it in the shop three times for transmission issues the still didn't resolve the problem. The fourth time I was at 62,000 miles and had to video take the problem so they hopefully fix the issue. They were upset I did that, but ultimately determined the transmission had to be rebuilt. Then they made me pay for a portion of it. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer. They don't support their own loyal customers and the sales staff did nothing to try to correct the issue either. That's not how loyal customers should be treated in my opinion. Look elsewhere for your new vehicle. To your response. If you would have fixed my transmission the first three times it was in your shop it wouldn't have been in for repairs a few thousand after the warranty. The fact that Ford didn't cover it 100% after it was in for repairs three times within the warranty period shows that you are not loyal to your customers and that you will force customers to pay for your incompetence's. If your mechanics were doing their job correctly, I wouldn't have had to bring it to your shop 4 times to get it fixed right and it should have never cost me a dime.

My wife and I went to the dealership for a specific used truck for sale. Wayne had greeted us and asked our story and reason for purchasing another vehicle. We stated our needs and wants. Wayne was upfront and honest and had informed us of some of the issues with the truck. After driving we realized this particular truck wasn't for us and Wayne had other vehicles on hand and ready that did meet our requirements. We settled on a different truck and got a great deal! The process from start to finish was very quick and pleasant. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up the truck. My wife and I were unable to solve the riddle as to why a man has so many pickles in his office but perhaps we can solve it next time we need a new vehicle. Thanks to Wayne and team for doing an excellent job

Apparently all Dealerships are not the same! Was using a fancy one in FL came to MN and this place night and day different. The facility is great. All the employees are friendly, you can tell they enjoy working there. The place is nice and clean and has an amazing customer lounge. Update: after waiting about a half hour in the lounge the service guy came out and fixed what the FL dealer said couldn't be fixed without a $160 diagnostic check. He explained what was wrong and then said there was no charge. That's what you call amazing service. I actually felt guilty and felt I should pay. I would have been happy paying $100 since they fixed the problem, they refused and just said they hope I use them in the future...I would be stupid not to...they are great!
