We were looking to replace our 20 year old family room furniture. We wanted a sectional and the challenge was finding a sectional that would fit our 15x15 family room. We went to Ashley furniture and was greeted by Kim Strak. Kim walked us around with us to find a sectional that would fit and we found one. It was the perfect size for our family room which honestly we were so thankful as so many sectionals are much larger. Kim was so lovely to work with. She took the time with us to explain everything and work with us to also find a recliner that would also go with our sectional. We were fortunate that all the pieces were in stock and were able to be delivered that week to our home. From the beginning to end the process was so smooth. Thanks Kim and the Ashley team for a great experience. Also we are loving the new furniture. It looks great and fits our family room perfectly and our greyhound dog loves the new sectional.

Tanner is the best salesman ever!!! Doesn’t treat you like you’re just another customer. He truly makes things easier when you don’t know a lot of information on what your looking for. He answered every question we had quick. He’s super funny and didn’t make things awkward like some salesman can. Definitely would love if every place has a guy like Tanner.

It was nice that he gave us space to look around but didn't hover! I get so anxious making someone wait on me to make decisions! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in selections. I purchased a sofa in December of 2021 and also purchased the protection plan that they offer for their products. The day after my delivery, I accidentally damaged the sofa. I contacted the protection plan people and they processed my claim and replaced the item. When I worked with the store manager, Andrew and the asst manager, Tanner, they were both extremely easy to work with and went the distance to help me and make sure the whole process was seamless! I would recommend this store to any and all of my friends. They are honest and extremely ethical in their business practices. Thank you guys for a wonderful and very easy experience!
