Bp in elk River needs to correct the hours on their website. It says they’re open until 9pm. Not true. They’re open until 7pm Disappointed they cut out 10% senior Monday but they kept double Tuesday

We get a good car wash but the car wash walks needs to clean the mold off the walls. And a garbage can instead of garbage thrown in the corner.

I used my card for gas and it tells me to enter zip code and then ask me for if i want receipt and then i filled up my gas and then it asked again for my ZIP code and ask if I want my receipt printed. So I did and then it asks about some other card. And it never confirmed if I paid or not I've never been so confused at a gas station before I am never going back until you switch this. Holiday and Super America are way better than you because this don't happen there. I am never getting gas again at BP. I had to go on my bank app on my phone just to see if I paid for my gas or not ridiculous! Also I paid with credit last wed and here we are on monday and you still have not taken out my money. Worst gas station to pay at pump! Will never get gas at bp again! BP sucks!!!!

Spent $1.00 to put air in one tire. Even with the speed of a Nascar pit crew there wouldn't have been enough pressure coming from the machine to put air in more than one low tire. Could have pumped it up faster with a foot pump.

Waited about 30 minutes for my carwash I couldn't back out of because there was a line of cars behind me. There was two people in front of me. Also it was supposed to be only a dollar since it's Wednesday but I was charged full price. They need an upgrade.
