The service manager Dan, fixed our mistake immediately, and added it to our file, so this wouldn’t happen again. I understand it’s part of his job to interact with customer service issues, but he genuinely seems to enjoy it, which causes him to excel at it. Honesty, a smile, and empathy, makes all the difference when interacting with customers. This is our Kia deal ship now!
