I have been using this dealership for 3 years and had not had any problems up until this July. I had my car towed for body work repair. Upon picking up my vehicle from finished repairs 3 weeks later, my driver’s door had visible scratches and the passenger side window that was repaired, had left over adhesive from the replacement. A service tech came out to look at my car, took photos, and said they would email the manager and have them call me to discuss repair options. No one has contacted me yet. I have had nothing but issues with communication with the assigned technician and getting ahold of anyone in the service department. No one would return my calls while the car was in for repairs. I am still having troubles getting ahold of anyone to discuss repairing the marks on my vehicle from while in possession of the dealership. I still have unreturned voicemails a week later after being assured by a technician that the manager would call me back. Once I get this resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m frustrated by the lack of service and acknowledgement that I had/have active questions from the repairs done at this shop.

Unbelievably poor service, communication and ethics. We ordered a new Telluride 8-9 months ago. Despite numerous attempts to obtain a clear delivery date as recently as three days ago and we’re told they didn’t know. It suddenly arrived. We were told we’d be notified when it was built and ship dates changed several times. As soon as the sales manager saw me to inquire, it was suddenly sold to someone else within two minutes based on an email we sent inquiring about what to do since we purchased a car two days earlier from the same chain of Luther dealers. It smells of racial bias and it’s worst and greed at best since they told me a similar model on the floor is selling for $10k over sticker. Watch out.

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I would actually advise you to run the other direction and if this review doesn’t do it for you. Then all the other ones should. My fiancé and I went in to look at a vehicle we saw online that sparked our interest. Upon entering the building the vibe was entirely off. No one really cared to greet us let alone smile at as. Igor approached us, not offering his name or a handshake, we did that first. His customer service skills lacked any friendliness let alone warm welcoming. The whole exchange with Igor was rather strange, distant, you could tell he wasn’t truly interested in helping us. Just getting a sale. Let me not forget to mention Mr. Robbie, the finance manager. What a joke. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life until we encountered Robbie. Before he could make it back to the desk we sat at he made it very loud and clear that we were denied for the car we were looking at. Robbie didn’t offer any sympathy or even empathy, he even didn’t explain why I was denied, and when shown an approval email I received from the same email address thanking me for my application. He simply shrugged and said, “I don’t know what to tell you, we can’t help ya”. How this man still has a job is beyond me, clearly his management. Past and current, okay this type of negligence of their customers. Which is why none of the other employees were busy, there was no foot traffic, AND I was asked to take my first review down. I’m guessing to spare this already failing establishment google refer’s to as a “business”. BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSE WHERE!!!!!

2019 kia got stolen in minneapolis. They took it in for a fixing and said they would do a detailing to remove the glass covered seats. Got the car back, there were still glass shards not only on the front and and back seats but also on the ground. Poor service.

Went to the website because it gave me a good offer for my truck to buy or trade in. The salesman was nice enough. But when he had the manger look at the truck he said couple hundred dollars. When I told him that the website said way way more than that and that they should check it he said well have a nice day and walked away first I thought he was joking but then I realized he's just really being super rude. Went to another dealer down the road and they offered me way more. Obviously filling out that form online is just a way to get you to the dealer. I would not have been so upset if the guy wasn't so rude. Can't recommend over buying here I know I won't

After doing a lot of research on dealers that were not charging a premium on Tellurides, I chose to order one from Luther Kia. I am 4 hours away so before picking up the Telluride, everything was done via email. The salesperson was quick to respond to my requests. Once we arrived, everyone was nice an the vehicle was in great shape. The salesperson knew going in that I wasn't playing any games so he didn't push a bunch of extras, which was appreciated. The only thing I would say they could do better is to be better prepared on the paperwork side. They knew I was arriving at 10am but they didn't have the paperwork ready until 11:30 am. After doing a lot of research on dealers that were not charging a premium on Tellurides, I chose to order one from Luther Kia. I am 4 hours away so before picking up the Telluride, everything was done via email. The salesperson was quick to respond to my requests. Once we arrived, everyone was nice an the vehicle was in great shape. The salesperson knew going in that I wasn't playing any games so he didn't push a bunch of extras, which was appreciated. The only thing I would say they could do better is to be better prepared on the paperwork side. They knew I was arriving at 10am but they didn't have the paperwork ready until 11:30 am. Actually signing the documents was quick/easy. I would definitely buy from them again.
