I have been using this dealership for 3 years and had not had any problems up until this July. I had my car towed for body work repair. Upon picking up my vehicle from finished repairs 3 weeks later, my driver’s door had visible scratches and the passenger side window that was repaired, had left over adhesive from the replacement. A service tech came out to look at my car, took photos, and said they would email the manager and have them call me to discuss repair options. No one has contacted me yet. I have had nothing but issues with communication with the assigned technician and getting ahold of anyone in the service department. No one would return my calls while the car was in for repairs. I am still having troubles getting ahold of anyone to discuss repairing the marks on my vehicle from while in possession of the dealership. I still have unreturned voicemails a week later after being assured by a technician that the manager would call me back. Once I get this resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m frustrated by the lack of service and acknowledgement that I had/have active questions from the repairs done at this shop. ~Brenda

I’ve never been more disgusted as I was while checking out at the store in Inver Grove Heights. The cashier was puffing on an e-cig, and blew out the smoke as she turned to start scanning my items. I’ve never seen an employee smoking on the job, especially a cashier. It was sickening, She also acted as if I was disturbing her, because she was so unfriendly. Your company should not tolerate an employee like her. I don’t like cigarette smoke smell blown toward me at any store. Casinos don’t even allow smoking in their facilities these days! ~Lois

A few months ago, my 2 credit cards locked up for weird reasons (I knew I had accidentally hit “subscription” on Instcart app by mistake and another day on Walmart online caused issues on my 2nd card.) The friendly staff knew what’s wrong with them so they let me to have a new 3rd credit card so now nothing problems with that. I knew it’s not fraudulent because I only made some mistakes with my credit card. ~Natalie
