Came in for a withdrawal and staff was very timely and pleasant. It’s a small branch so yes it’s obviously slow when there’s more than a few people in there.

Terrible customer service. Moreover a very lazy group of employees. Came into the branch at 4:05pm wanting to open up a bank account. Stephanie was asked if she could open up this account for me by the teller. She said “I would rather not right now”. I even asked her why? Her answer was that “it’s takes about an hour and I would rather not right now”. This is unbelievable from a branch. I will NEVER be returning to Huntington. University of Toledo should change who they bank with.

Staff at this branch are pretty mediocre, lazy, and unaware of how to handle various issues. Use the extra ten minutes or so that it takes you to walk to the branch at the UT campus towards getting better service with more competent staff.
