Went to this Centrally located branch to notarize my vehicle title... found an awesome manager..who treated me very well. I must admit that not all People with Notary public license are good. Some will reject you because they believe that you have no bank account with them. But this awesome woman didn't even ask me if I had an account with them. This woman really deserve an Award.

I just opened a new account the previous night and stopped to deposit a check. I should have checked the closing time first as I arrived a few minutes after close. However, the staff still had a computer open and graciously invited me in to do my deposit. As a former bank employee, I know plenty of time is spent after close getting everything in line from the day's business. I greatly appreciate these folks bending over backwards to help me despite arriving late. Great customer service and an awesome first experience as a new customer! Thank you everyone!

There are no hours posted on door. Most likely you have to make an appointment to get in. Time to look for another bank.

I always go to this branch. The service is great. The staff is knowledgeable. The manager knows her stuff. I never have any issues that are not resolved before I leave. Very happy customer. Working in customer service. I do know how rude people really are, they need to leave their attitude in the car, not bring it into the business!! Very satisfied customer.

It took almost two hours to open my account last week after I said I had to go to work They move like molasses and the manager needs a attitude adjustment If you don’t like your job you should quit lady Try smiling and thank people when they walk out for gods sake! Today was another one because the atm would not let me withdrawal money I am thinking of moving my business to the credit union closer near my work

Disclaimer: This review is moreso about the "service" I received on the phone, if you can call it that. The past two times I've called them, it has taken over 30 minutes to talk to a real person. Ridiculous. I get that covid-19 has taken a toll on the company. But 30 minutes is too long.

New branch manager is rude and condescending. I went in to do a transaction I've done numerous times in the past. The manager was the teller I got. Told her what I needed to do. She proceeds to tell me there's an "issue" with one of my other accounts, and tells me I need to speak to a banker. There was not an issue, I was aware of what she brought up, which was NEVER brought up any other time I was in there. Her telling me she's "been in the banking business for 35 years" doesn't make up for her poor customer service. What should have taken a couple of minutes to complete turned into about 10 minutes of unnecessary drama. I work in customer service. You don't antagonize your customers. I have gone to this branch for years and have never been treated so poorly; everyone in the past has been professional and friendly. Because of the treatment I received from her, I will no longer go to this branch, even though it is far more convenient.

The branch manager is very rude! Everytime my business needs change she complains and says they dont have 'change'. Last time I checked ITS A BANK!!! it is literally the banks job to make sure its customers money is how they want it. This isnt a one time maybe she had a bad day situation, this manager does it EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! she loudly complains so you can hear her. Other tellers looked embarrassed. Get a new job lady!!

Service is so slow! I have never spent less than 10 minutes waiting for someone come to the window to take my money! It completely defeats the purpose of having a drive up window when it would take less time for me to walk in and do Whatever I was therefore originally.

I kept my $ here for 25 years but if I messed up and overdrafted my checking account, even by a few dollars, they charged me the full overdraft fees. I switched to Huntington Bank and I have never been happier. The couple of times I needed the 24 hour Grace cushion it was there for me and saved me $35 a shot.
