Took my jeep in for a vibration when braking and possible wheel bearing bad. Was told the vibration was from the wheel bearing. Picked up the jeep after the wheel bearing was repaired and the vibration was still there. Called and they told me the vibration is now coming from a warped rotor. Called the number given in the response and it was a waste of time. They said since I changed the rotors my self they couldn't prove that was the problem so they can't issue a refund. What was I supposed to do, go spend another $1000 or more in their shop to be told the same thing. Cheaper to eat the bill from the first trip. If you're thinking of bringing your vehicle here I'd advise you to beware.

Made an appt for a new tire yesterday, cofirmed that they had the tire I wanted and quoted me a price. Went to my appointment today was told they did not have my tire but could get it in a few hrs. Gave me a higher price. Since I purchased 4 tires from them in Jan of this year, I asked about warranty, lol he said the warranty is like buying a pair of shoes, if you wear them outside it is no good. Lmao. So anyway I called Mr. Tire down the street, they do have my tire and could take care of it right away. MR. Tire now has a new customer!

Dropped my car off at 1pm for an oil change, new brake pads and rotors without even setting up an appointment. It was ready when I got off work at 5pm - super fast and friendly service. It was more expensive than I estimated and I think I could've gotten it done for cheaper elsewhere, but these guys are efficient and know what they are doing so I'm happy with it.

Over priced and try and get you for more than what you want done...they torqued my wheels on way to hard and I can even see strip grooves..its like they would hate for you to do your own breaks or something 😂

Keith and the tech were awesome! I showed up they got my vehicle in right on time with my appointment. Their customer service was great! While waiting Keith was going above and beyond to help another customer find parts and brake service for her Winnebago. Definitely will be returning.

Not pleased with I had them replace four tire pressure sensor sensors because sensor light was on and that driver's side rear sensor was bad and after paying almost 400 dollars for the job they did not know how to reset the system and clear tire sensor error.

Ben and his staff are outstanding!!. I only spoke with Ben and Zach on my visit, I don't want to leave out the fella that put my tires on though, didn't catch his name. He did a great job also. I had a transmission replaced at a Nissan dealership in Boardman in July 2020. Unbeknownst to me..I'm no auto expert..they rushed the job. 6 months later the front end instantly feels like it's going to fall off on my way to the grocery store. I pull into tire choice, as it was the nearest. Ben and his crew see that Nissan never completed the job I paid 5500.00 to Nissan!!!. They fixed what the dealer never did for 1/100 the cost of the dealer. I came back the next week to get new tires and Zach was so professional and kept me informed of all procedures and costs. I will never go anywhere but this shop in the future. Thanks fellas for restoring my faith in auto mechanics. Much appreciated!!

Beyond satisfied with the customer service! Keith went above and beyond to help me with a tire repair, when all other tire shops in the area were closed. He was willing to stay past the shop’s closing time to wait for me to arrive after work, so that he could look at my tire. Not only did he find the problem, but he spent the extra time to service my vehicle right then and there so that I could get back on the road. Keith was so selfless, kind, and efficient...a true example of quality customer service. I am very appreciate of Keith’s outstanding service and I can’t thank him enough. Thanks again Keith!
