I had air conditioning service and repair completed here because the store closer to my home could not get me in. The Mgr (Tim) runs a great shop. The place is clean & organized, and they know what they are doing. I was impressed enough that I will start getting services done here on a regular basis.

Outstanding Service! These guys really wowed me and took care of my tire problem fast. I went to 3 other tire shops and my dealer and these guys made them all look silly. It’s not the nicest place of those but if you want service and quality, this is the only place to go. They were really doing the right thing for every customer, not just me. I am impressed!

I CANNOT praise this shop and the people there enough. We were on our way home from vacation, and getting up that morning for the final 10 hour push home to Syracuse NY, we realized our tailpipe was almost dragging. We have a wheelchair accessible and modified van, so it isn't the normal muffler set-up. They looked at it, and although they didnt have the proper parts, they welded what they could, and basically made it safe enough for us to get home. AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US!!! Their concern and kindness really turned a frustrating moment into an AWESOME DAY!!!! IT also changed my mind about going to a "chain store" for service... I always think, oh, they are going to try to take advantage of us. But these guys are honest and did great work. The tailpipe lasted until the day we got it fixed (about 2 weeks after the incident). Thanks guys!

Brought my vehicle in due to a "Steering Assist Failure" message. Shop identified a bad battery and a relay as the culprit which cost $500 to replace. Ten weeks later, the exact same error occurred (and I was driving a rental car for 8 of those weeks). Shop apparently misdiagnosed the problem. I called and told them the issue wasn't resolved and was told to bring the car back. When the tow truck arrived with my car, they called me back to say they couldn't work on it and I had to have it towed to a dealership down the road... This shop neither stands behind its work nor has the capability to resolve issues. Recommend saving yourself some time and money by going elsewhere from the start. Update: Dealership down the road reported the battery Monroe Auto sold me was bad and had leaked all it's fluid. Dealership also reported Monroe did not replace the panel in the trunk that covers the battery. I have talked to Tim at Monroe about the issue multiple times as well as had the dealership call to explain the issue. I am told resolution will be a "long process"...

I went to the Monro in Mason, OH on 3/19/19 to get new tires on my car. They did match the price of another tire place which was good and they put the tires on in an hour. However, while putting my tires on they managed to scratch/gouge all 4 rims (a couple pictures provided for reference). It's crazy they did not stop after damaging the first rim. Luckily, I checked my rims before leaving. I was told they would reimburse me for the repairs. They should pay the place repairing the rims directly rather than making a customer pay and get reimbursed. I took my car to get repaired on 3/28 getting it back on 3/29. The manager said he would submit for my reimbursement when I gave him the receipt on 3/29; I have not yet received a reimbursement. I called Josh (manager) at the store on 4/23 and was told he was not there but would call me back, as of 4/25 I have still not heard back from him so I called the corporate office to be told they needed a copy of the receipt (I ended up emailing to the rep I spoke with). I guess no one was going to call me to tell me this. Point of this one star review, if you go here for tires (I recommend you DO NOT) check your rims for damage before leaving. update 5/9: still waiting reimbursement Update 5/10: finally received reimbursement

This is probably the best experience I have had at any non-dealer auto location. The guys I worked with were/are extremely nice, communicative, and the work was done professionally at a great price. They were able to get me in quickly and very accommodating when I had a TPMS sensor issue post-install. Highly recommend!
