I been getting steak bagel. Since they start back today, I order a steak bagel they had a hamburger patty on there. SMH so when I go back to address the problem the “ manager “ try to convince me that it was a steak. I ask for a supervisor, because she said she don’t have time to deal with me. They took our food order and when we pulled up to pay just about all the workers left. No one ever came back to offer any explanation. The lady in front of us had already paid and they just left her with no food. You could see about one or two people still walking around. This was at 10pm and they're supposed to be open 24 hrs on Thursdays. Most disgusting customer service I've ever seen.

By far the worse service ever. I ordered my daughter a kids chicken nugget happy meal and got nothing but sauce (see pic). This place has gotten worse and worse over time.

It be a 0 star if it let me. It’s normal to leave from here without something. That’s okay I’m use to it.this time most definitely the last time I will go here. Sat at curbside for 30 minutes (3 little kids screaming) finally go in. They say we already got our order. As my daughter in law saw it clearly sitting on the shelf..this whole ordeal she had to run out and get my phone to prove that it wasn’t our order. Then didn’t replace the water down pop. Food was cold we took it back in. Manager was so rude to me and my daughter in law. Gave nothing for the 45 minutes inconvenience but a attitude real professional.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. And that's saying a lot. Waited 20 minutes for two coffees. There was only 2 cars in front of us and not a single person inside. Then once we got to the window after 20 minutes we syill had to wait on the 2nd coffee to be made.

Apparently its now this McDonalds policy to have a register on but refuse to serve people at the counter . There are A LOT of us that will never use a kioske . So lose more business McDonald's... smart . Oh and the sarcastic employee was even better . Wasnt even busy for dinner time . If you cant do your job dont take it out on customers 💯 2nd time this happened here . Right next to my house and good for my health because i will never spend another penny here. again
