Made an appointment nearly a month in advance to have a wheel bearing replaced, took two days off work, dropped it off early in the morning day one, didn't hear anything until 3:00 the next day when they told me I needed a wheel bearing... I knew that... did you fix it? "no we wont have the parts in until the next day" when I needed the car. I already knew I needed a wheel bearing... I thought I was dropping it off to have it fixed... charged me $120 to tell me what I already knew was wrong. I'll just do it myself then ~BS
