Three years later...an update: Andrew has not changed a bit! My Toyota Venza was making a lot of noise going down the road and I sent it to him. He found the issue(s) and fixed it at a VERY reasonable cost! Also told me the things he would be concerned about down the road, what to look out for, and how to avoid costly repairs. Still as honest and trusted. Three years ago: Andrew, the owner is super nice and very knowledgeable! He is more concerned about getting the job done right than making money. He told me about the things I could easily do myself and which were those he would be concerned about. He has been very honest and honorable! Done right, the first time, at a reasonable rates. i am a local from Galien, Andrew saved my bacon a few times on my 2001 Ram 1500. Being our only vehicle right now, he got me in and out in 1 day on both serious ocassions. Unlike most shops in our area where they lie to you and your vehicle is sitting for a week. Andrew is a straight shooter. I've been taking all our vehicles to AutoMotion Complete Car for awhile now. The owner, Andrew, has been fantastic to work with and I appreciate the time he takes to walk me through the different aspects of my vehicle. So he didn't just tell me something was wrong, he actually showed me the part and what was wrong with it. He also let me know if he noticed any other parts that will be needing replaced in the near future so I could plan for it. But he has been really good about not pushing unnecessary work on us like some of the other places we've taken our vehicles to. I absolutely recommend AutoMotion!!!

I was referred to Andrew about 5 years ago by a family member after having a bad experience at another repair shop. My husband and I decided to give him a try. We loved the work he did for us on our vehicle and the prices are really great!! Andrew explains car issues so that you can understand exactly what is wrong. He makes the time to fit you in even with his busy schedule. We will continue to get our car fixed at Automotion because we are so happy with all that he has done for us!!

If you are reading this review, my suggestion to you, do not look for any other shop for car service, just go to Andrew and his team at Automotion. He is by far the best mechanic that I have ever dealt with in my 22 years of owning a car. I no longer live in Michigan and I truly miss his service and high standards for customer service. Andrew is just an all around an amazing individual, you only wish other shops can replicate his standards. For all you lucky people that live on the west side of Michigan, and South Bend area, you have no idea what a gem of business you have. I live in the east coast now and wish Andrew was here to service my vehicle. Another amazing quality of Andrew is that he still very reachable to address my questions, I go to him for a second opinion remotely, his input allows me to make sure I am not getting ripped off. I wish AutoMotion Complete Car Care team continued success for years to come.
