Anna and her team created the most beautiful flower arrangements for my wedding! Having gone to her initially with very little idea of how I wanted things to look, Anna was able to make recommendations, show me different flowers, and help me create the most beautiful bouquet and boutonnieres. She and her team then worked with my day-of coordinator to set up everything at the venue, and they did an amazing job! Everything they did exceeded my greatest expectations. ~Kayla

Denny's is our "go to" place for anything with our vehicels. This last time we thought the battery had gone bad because the truck wouldn't start. Took it to Denny who did a thorough check of the truck and could not find anything wrong. NO CHARGE for the visit. Would recommend this place to anyone. ~Phyllis

Autumn Moon Hollow is an exceptional spa and salon location, and to be honest was everything I was looking for. I've been looking to get established with an esthetician in my area, but also wanted to find a spa that offered skincare both focused as much on comfort and relaxation as it was on quality services. I'm happy to say that Sara and Elise offer just that! Their location in Buchanan is lovely; very cozy and clean, and in my couple of hours there it never felt crowded. While I only worked with Elise for scheduling and appointment questions, she was always very friendly and professional and happily assisted me however she could. I scheduled both a facial and body wrap with Sara, and they were both indulgent and utterly relaxing from start to finish. Sara chose products from the Eminence Organic skincare line they use that perfectly fit my skincare needs, and while there was almost always some sort of treatment going on, I found myself cozily drifting off at several points. She also thoroughly discussed my skincare routines and product recommendations with me, and I will happily return in the future for further services. If you live in or are visiting Southwest Michigan and looking for singular spa and/or salon services, take it from me, you should book an appointment with Autumn Moon Hollow Spa & Salon in Buchanan, MI as soon as you can! I normally deal with this really nice guy but today when I went in this girl was here dark hair and a ponytail and had earbuds in her ear and was super rude and snotty she literally was like what are you waiting for it’s going to be 5 10 mins I said that’s fine I can wait she like well take a seat like I made her whole day the worst then she treats the next guy so well idk what I said or did but I don’t deserve to be treated like that I shop here very often and just thought everyone should know. But that one guy who’s normally here treats all is customers with respect but her not so much. I just got to my car and saw what she did she didn’t even cut it right idk why she’s acting like this but not good customer services I was going to leave more then 2 stars but this experience kind of hurt that for me. April 10 2022 messed up another order never buying pizza here again. ~Jacob

Worst experience at a bank I've ever had. I wanted to open an account. I had called around ahead of time and decided chemical bank was the best choice because over the phone they sounded nice and gave me a lot of information (soon to find out it wasn't right). I walk in to this run down, beaten, cluttered, ugly building. They rudely tell me to sit down, while rolling there eyes, and looking so disinterested. I wait for a teller for 45 minutes. She asks me a bunch of questions. I felt judged, to be honest. She called someone, I guess to check on my credit, and finally said I couldn't open an account because I was born in Illinois. I haven't lived there in over 15 years! I felt like it was all discrimination. ~Judith

Best Mechanic! My family and I have been going here for about 2 years, I have sent other family members here, and my only regret is not reviewing this business earlier. The owner is a stand up guy, who gives exceptional care to your vehicle and friendly, experienced service. Very fair prices, and knowing your vehicle is in the best hands matters to me.
