They have an EV charger that is free and works well. I loom forward to buying a Lightning or some other EV from them when they can order me one. With a EV and home solar I never need to wonder about the current or future price of energy.

Ordered a new Bronco over a year ago and the workers were extremely responsive during the waiting period and provided us with updates and answers to all of our questions. I was in the process of purchasing a car from them. They were supposed to be making a few repairs so the car was safe. I stopped looking for another vehicle because the salesman kept reassuring me that they'd bring it to me to test drive one more time before signing the papers. I even offered to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. I will never deal with these people again. Thanks a lot Alma Ford!

Highly Recommend!! Incredible place to work with! I absolutely loved the atmosphere and all of the friendly staff! This was my first big purchase as an adult, and I was so intimidated by all of it until I actually got there. Everyone was so helpful/patient when answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me. They were very accommodating and worked quickly to get me into the vehicle I had my eyes on! Special shoutout to TJ, Lelia, and Mike in sales for making this experience as smooth and painless as possible! I am so happy with my new car!

Excellent service and parts department. They helped me out when I was in one hell of a bind. Gave me honest diagnosis and didn't try to soak me for an arm and a leg. Matter of fact I got out of there for less than $50 when all was said and done. Mike in parts is a great guy.

Had a pop up for a used 21 Bronco for $120,000.00 Per KBB you can buy a new one for FAIR market value of $59,731.00 Seems ridiculous Re response - Vehicle had pics, priced and listed on your website and push advertised but not actually for sale? I know for certain you don't have to list anything on your dealer site you don't want viewed. Sometimes the best response is no response.

Let me give the disclaimer that I do own a local repair shop and have used Alma Ford for parts and for personal vehicle issues in the past. We had a customer that brought vehicle to us for inspection. We went through the vehicle and informed customer of issues. Customer went to Alma Ford and techs informed her there were no issues. Customer came back to us upset. We offered, as we always do, to show customer issues while vehicle was on lift and even recorded issues. We explained to customer we do not "sell" issues that don't exist and would never make it as an independent shop if we did. I personally placed a call to the General Manager of Alma Ford to discuss what happened. Got his voicemail and left message explaining I was both a commercial and personal customer and would like to discuss this issue with him. Never received a call back. No longer am a commercial or personal customer.

I bought a 2019 f150 platinum diesel from TJ . I buy alot of trucks in my business and being the pickiest OCD guy you ever met. I'm not easily impressed. Every detail was perfect. Had it in for service today and my expectations were surpassed and the extra mile was went. You're dealership for life . Small place but big service . Randy Bowers has guaranteed I will return to this shop for any future body/detail work I may need done. The panel looks like it was completely replaced! The color is a perfect match! I love my truck but life gets in the way and I let some upkeep get behind. I needed to re-condition my plastics and a few other things. However, Randy went above and beyond! He not only repaired the dent completely. He took care of a bad area of Michigan cancer as well as a few other spots on the panel. He COMPLETELY renewed the look of my plastics, replaced a licence plate light and overall showed my truck true TLC. HE EVEN ALL BUT FULLY DETAILED AND VACUUMED THE INSIDE! All at the promised estimate price for the panel repair. As far as I'm concerned, there is no place better to bring your vehicle than here. Specifically, to Randy Bowers. Thank you so much!

Purchased a new 2016 F-350 XLT Regular cab FX4 pickup from this dealership, it was shipped out on 6/16/17 received it on 6/19/17 at 9am. Everything looked great till I took it to get washed and noticed a lot of dust in the vehicle, after further investigation I noticed the roof has been repaired. I took photos and sent them at 6pm notifying BOB of the situation. Today at 12:40pm dealer denied any wrong doing and basically told me there not doing anything because there's nothing wrong with it. I will be contacting a consumer protection attorney, Ford Corporate, and the Attorney Generals office on this dealer. Buyers BE very careful if buying a vehicle sight unseen or from out of state, very shady! As you can see the very poor repairs done to the truck, they didn't even replace the XM antenna still has damage to it.
