do not go here!! We went into the hospital because my daughter wasn't feeling well. I took her pulse and temperature and they said that they will call us when they have a room available. The parking lot was not full and they let and six people before us while we were so waiting in the lobby. She literally lied to my face. So we will be going to a much better hospital who will not lie to us and actually help us.

Wow my sister must have been to the hospital at least 17 times this month.. I believe this has more to do with PATIENT ABANDONMENT than you will ever want to admit.. Monday I will explore how patient abandonment equates to malpractice with my attorney! Sounds like fun? I can't wait!

My spouse hasn't even gotten through the doors before hearing that dad will not be able to be there due to no children allowed and I would have to stay home with my daughter. Why you ask? Because of COVID. Anyone under 16 is not allowed within the maternity center of the hospital due to COVID. Hmm.. I didn't know COVID could only be contracted by people 16 or younger...

My wife was was pregnant with twins and this was our doctor to come and get check ups. She was 34 weeks, had avg of 160 blood pressure and was in a lot of pain from contractions. Because they don’t deliver babies before 36 weeks they straight up told us we’re not exactly sure what to do so they were gonna send us home….WHAT? My wife pushed and kept saying I’m in pain, something’s gonna happen soon, so they ended up asking “sooo would you like us to contact sparrow in Lansing and see if you should go there?” Well yea why would you even ask that? Why wouldn’t you contact them anyways? She was transported to Lansing and diagnosed with severe pre eclampsia and ended up having an emergency c section. Screw this hospital they were barely any help and we should have just went to sparrow in the first place. If you are before 36 weeks, don’t even step foot in here because they will just cause you more stress.

I'd leave a 0 star if I could. I've known a handful of people that have been mistreated in this er and this last week, they did it again. Checked someone for kidney stones, let them leave barely able to walk. After an ambulance ride the next day, find out they have a slipped disk and a bone spur and end up having surgery. This er used to be the go to place and they have been horrible in the last year.

I originally gave a high review. But I had to change that. While there is some really good nurses and doctors there. I ran across a lot, and I mean a lot of those who are very immature to do their jobs. They were more worried about they’re feelings then the care of the patients. Unfortunately that’s the situation there. You have to keep your eyes open not to offend those and end up getting very bad care with very bad bedside manners. You’ll also name badges disappearing .

Called hospital for scheduling an MRI. Never have I encountered a more rude and unprofessional attitude. This person should not be answering the phone. I am not sure this person enjoys her job. It costs nothing to be polite to people. Inexcusable behavior.

For a small hospital, my experiences have been good! My dad had to come here because of heart trouble. They got him in quickly because his symptoms were quite serious. They treated our whole family with kindness and compassion. When they found major blockages, they immediately sent him to a bigger hospital. I felt they did a great job and took great care of my dad. I've also birthed my 3 children here and have been to their emergency a few times. Everyone has always been very friendly and professional in my experiences. I would say don't come here if you're trying to get something diagnosed though. They're just a small hospital that do a great job at handling easy-to-see problems.

I just had my appendix removed and am so thankful to have had such incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, understanding, and caring and I truly felt in good hands. I can’t remember most of their names but Mercedes and Molly were awesome and helped get me comfortable. The ambiance guys were also great. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, surgeons and staff that helped me in room 3059 the week of Thanksgiving. ♥️
