The dermatology department is a perfect example of why people use google instead of wasting time and money to risk being a part of a circus show called a Doctors Office. My fiancee got a culture swab Wednesday and was told the results would be ready in a few days. As of Tuesday, 6 days later, they report the culture hasn't even been sent to the lab, and she can't even get an actual estimate of when it will be sent out. Tried calling to talk to the doctor, and was only offered the ability to leave a message with the receptionist.

Both physician's I've seen seemed disinterested during my appointments. Recently I've been trying to get standard vaccinations for international travel - and continue to get push back. I've decided it's time to search for another PCP.

Do not go to this facility for pediatrics these people are money hungry doctors who do not care about your child’s well being or health they are only interested in their profits. Every doctor you see there doesn’t answer any questions or genuinely care about these children or your time i had a doctor two hours late and had to reschedule my appointment twice. You are just another number to them! Doctors exact words “pick a vaccine shot any shot, I don’t care just pick one” this is the head of the hospital doctor by the way! Avoid at all cost!!! If I could give zero stars I would! These people do not deserve to be in business let alone health practitioners! If you want to see doctors who take the worst care of a vulnerable child and not give them their time, care, or compassion this is your place but definitely will never be mine.

Dermatologist , typical HF Dr. Go somewhere where they spend more than 2 minutes with you and read your chart. Used a vacation day and drove a hour from home for nothing. Wonder how much they made off me for this? It seems to be all Henry Ford Drs care about, money. Fast food cashiers on their worst day are more personable than these Drs. It's just a paycheck and you're just a number to them. Not just one dr or two or three doctors, most of them! I'm not the only one complaining. Why send the little feedback questionnaires when they don't care to actually listen to people? That's just my experience , I have seen what they did to my mother and heard many Henry Ford horror stories even from HF nurses enough to say I've had enough. After a decade of frustration and negligence I'll be looking anywhere but HF Drs. If you value your health at all , drive a lil further if you have to and go somewhere else.

I have really difficult skin issues and Najat Watch and Dr. Friedman have been so supportive and helpful all along the way. They take their time to explain everything and have been awesome and creative.

We have been coming here for 10 years. My kids husband and I love the staff! We see Dr. Sayed, Jill the nurse practitioner and Dr. Kappy. Everyone is so nice and caring. I recommend coming if you have kids!! I also go the dermatologists, I've seen a few different doctor their and their all nice and caring too.

Dr. Najat was the sweetest dermatologist PA I have seen yet! She was so helpful and kind and motivated me to keep going through the accutane process. If I could see her every time I would.

Possibly the worst unit for pediatrics that I have experienced. Every time I go I wait in a room with 1-3 sick toddlers for over an hour without anybody at all walking in to acknowledge us or our wait. They simply don’t care. Worse then that they never catch what is happening with my kids... I always end up in the ER or urgent care or back at the office because they were not treated correctly... In my experience they treat moms like we are nothing but paranoid and nothing is going on. They didn’t see that my daughter was lactose intolerant even after I complained of her chronic constipation for over a year. Not until I absolutely demanded she be seen by a GI Specialist. They mistakenly gave my niece 2 Mmr vaccines in a row ... and so on and so on . Please try somewhere else for your sanity and welfare of your children.

Henry ford pediatrics billing is dishonest The doctors are nice and good. The billing is totally dishonest. I did my kid vaccination from Henry ford. Henry ford provided estimate of 471USD before the service. After the service they are charging 1149USD (143% more than the estimate). The answer from the customer care is “estimate is just an estimate”. Details in below pics.

The dermatology department is terrible. Saw Dr. Ozog for my acne scars. Has fraxel laser done and he damaged my skin. Was offered nothing to fix it. Left me in the dark. The nurse there though was the only nice person.
