Good if you a niche medical device only. NEVER put a prescription there, and definitely not an important one. I had a medication there for 3 months. Not 1 one of those months did they get it to me on time or all. Staff members refuse to take any accountability after transferring my medication to a different pharmacy without notifying me at all. They also once canceled my order when it was coming in late because I said I would look and see if other pharmacies could transfer the medicine over. The other pharmacies couldn’t fill it because of their error and I got it almost 2 weeks late. Medicine isn’t something anyone should be so careless with. This just caused me momentary damage but what if I put my more serious, life dependent meds at this pharmacy?

For 8 months I've been coming to this pharmacy to get my son's ADHD medicine. They were always very nice and filled my scripts quickly. Then, tonight I came to fill my son's script and I was given an ultimatum. Either transfer all of our family's scripts to their pharmacy or they will no longer fill my son's prescription. I offered to send his next nebulizer script to them but, that was not good enough. Either switch all of our family's scripts (including my mom who gets hers from Hospice) or they will no longer fill my son's scripts. Never in my entire life have I been given an ultimatum like this before. I am in absolute shock by her behavior but, also because I now I see her sweet demeanor was a sham. Don't take your business to them unless you want to run the risk of having your meds held hostage like ours were.

As a future healthcare professional, I was quite appalled to be treated with such disrespect at this local pharmacy. I came in today asking to meet with a pharmacist or pharmacy tech to help with an assignment I had to complete for nursing school. My assignment was to find the prices of different medications in my community (West Bloomfield) and to compare them to other communities. After explaining that I was a nursing student and inquiring about the assignment, I was rudely turned away and told that they “don’t have prices” and to “go to CVS.” I left the pharmacy a little upset and quite puzzled since there were no other customers inside and they did not appear busy. In addition, there were two more hours until closing time. My advice for this pharmacy and the pharmacist is to please support future healthcare professionals. Just as we need you for guidance, you may need us one day. Let’s support one another during these trying times.

I switched to Maple Pharmacy after years of having prescriptions filled at a chain pharmacy up the street. They are so pleasant and helpful here. They don’t have a drive through but they’re kind enough to meet me at the door since I don’t like to bring my young kids in. I wish I’d made the switch long ago.

Update 2020: Wanted to come back after being a customer of Maple Pharmacy for a while to see if my original review holds up. It's a bummer there aren't any more stars than 5. Now that Hannah and her team knows me, my calls in to them contain so little formality while still remaining utterly professional. They know my voice and after a quick hello, I mention I'd like a refill. They quickly ask which Rx, and immediately say, "great come on in, we'll get it ready!" And that's it. I arrive, it's all smiles, and they have the Rx ready for checkout before I can even get to the register. I rarely speak this highly about anywhere I go. I know you think pharmacies are just pharmacies. They're not. Switch. You're welcome. 2018: Hannah and her team are AMAZING. With all these big box stores and pharmacies all over the place, it's easy to forget what it means to have someone who actually CONNECTS with you on a personal level. Her pharmacy reminds of what it was like to live in the perfect Normal Rockwell setting with small town care. Had an Dr. appt yesterday and was prescribed something. Got a text WHILE STILL IN my appt that the Rx was ready, drove 2 minutes (her pharm is right next door conveniently), opened the door, she saw me, smiled, grabbed my Rx and walked to greet me before I even had a chance to say hi. It was like magic. I don't often (ever) say this about pharmacies, but I love this place. She is amazing. If you're in the area, switch to her today. You'll thank me.

Hannah is truly the best. I would never go anywhere else. Excellent customer service. She goes out of her way to be helpful. She actually calls me to ask if I need a refill. Honestly, who does that anymore?

Absolutely disrespectful and did not even take the time to hear me out. Hannah the pharmacist was not kind in the initial call when I called to check if they had my meds in stock. Was rude and disrespectful as she told me to bring it in and that they had it. After I took a lyft to get to them because I am ill I asked her to verify, they were dismissive and told me they would take care of it. 25 min later they call me and told me they do not have this medication in stock after I had already called in advance. She decided to hang up on me with no solution. Now I have to lyft again to go and get my prescription from somewhere else. Never again. Terrible person to deal with no professionalism. Never experienced anything like it.

Hannah and her team are phenomenal. They are not only extremely professional but always go above and beyond to care for their clients who they treat like family. This is local business run by a local family who work incredibly hard to serve the community. I highly endorse them and trust them implicitly. I strongly recommend them.
