The owner is a very courteous and conscientious man. One of his employees made a mistake. He personally took care of the problem and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

The employee who was at the desk helping people was very kind. I was dropping off my Uhaul and a woman came barging in, yelling and cursing at him. He handled it so professionally and also made sure I was taken care of. She was yelling about how they weren't quick enough for her and she was going to leave a nasty review. So I wanted to write a good one to make sure people know that they were very polite and helped her almost immediately after me (she came in after me). Don't take out moving stress on these guys, I know there's a lot on your plate, but they'll do their best to help make it easier. I would definitely use them again.

Unfriendly employees, which would not normally motivate me to write a review however one week into post COVID-19 reopening and not one of them was wearing a face mask. Sends a message that they don’t care about the customers.

Really frustrating when you’re in the office, talking to the staff and they laugh in your face instead of helping you. Absolutely terrible. Worth driving to another location or using company.
