There was one register open, there were three employees behind the counter two of which were doing refunds and the one female cashier actually working the cash register wanted to talk to everybody for so long that I was late for my next appointment with only two people in front of me in line it was ridiculous what I had to go through to buy three street hockey balls and some baseball bat tape. This is the worst Dunham's I have ever been to and will not return to this store.

Went here to buy a kayak. The store was not very busy at all. Waited near the kayaks for 20 minutes for help and no one ever came. My husband had to go ask an employee for help. The employee that helped was efficient but did not know anything about kayaks. Selection was great but expertise was lacking.

Like dunhams they have a lot of cool stuff. Gun counter staff should learn about flagging when handling firearms. I like the place and prices though

Customer services with some of the floor guys isn't what it should be for what they charge for things there. I won't return rude employees. First and last time in there I bought something and the cashier didn't even speak to me except to tell me how much I owed.. never again

Great deals and plenty of inventory. Store is sometimes a bit messy and disorganized as well as understaffed at times. Employees are nice and helpful.

They always have a great selection of clothing and shoes that I love and the prices here seem to be less than the one in Fenton.

Great place for sports gear and shoes. We buy all our family's tennis shoes here, most times on sale. Sometimes the checkout people even use coupons to discount our purchases even further, which is great customer service! They don't have to help us/let us know about saving money, but they always do. Store is always very stocked, clean, neat.

Nice store, not enough employees. I understand these are different times and it's something I'm sure everyone has incountered everywhere. The store is very big bring your walking shoes 👞 All the good stuff is at the very back. Good luck hunting 👍

Very knowledgeable firearms staff always have great discounts on fire arms and ammunition. They are very pleasant and polite and truly show an interest in helping you choose the best weapon for yourself.

Pretty happy with the experience here. Took a minute to find someone to help me but once I found Brandon he was very helpful and patient while I decided which kayak I wanted buy. Place has kind of a cluttered feel but they have good deals on kayaks if that's what you're looking for.
