Amazing costumer service! A very nice older gentleman in sporting goods helped me and made my day! And a cashier greeted me and my wife, and had a lovely conversation with her!

There OK 👍 usually a unorganized mess. Need more small carts and sometimes customers are rude. But nothing walmart could help. Just need a larger building and they'll do just fine. Been to allot of walmarts in and out of michigan but unsure why we are so backwards and small. Could of done a better job at designing the layout. And why no subway or fast meal. Shopping all day and when you smell that yummy 😋 fresh food makes you want to stop by for a bite.

I had a return for a light up board for my daughter that didn’t work as promised. I was able to start return on the app using my account which made it easy. When I went to the store, I did have to move to where everyone gets money orders and also cashes checks and wait in line there, however a gentleman jumped in to help and both he & the other lady were very friendly l. My return was quick and easy as well. I think in the past (around 6-12 months ago?) whomever I dealt with for a return was not very pleasant at ALL, like I was a burden for them or they just didn’t want to work 🤔 but the people I had recently were great!! Store is clean & good variety of items. So 5 stars!

Just bought a PS4 game that didn't work when I got it home. Called and asked if I could exchange it for a new copy. Was told that I could and that there was 4 copies available. Got to the store and no copies available, and I explained that I just had to drive 15 miles to return to the store. They refused to give me a refund. Not impressed.
