I recently bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado RST shortly after I noticed a shake when in 4x4. It had a 4 inch suspension lift that don’t come with a differential drop. So the sharp angle was causing issues. Cam didn’t hesitate to get me in a full-size truck while mine was being worked on. Ended up having to put a 6 inch suspension lift which came with the differential drop this fixed all the issues. They stood behind their warranty and none of the upgrades costed me anything out of pocket. Wouldn’t hesitate to take it back for repairs. Staff and the technicians definitely put the customers first. Thanks again. ~Todd

We purchased new kitchen appliances July 2021. it is now April 2022 and we still don't have a refrigerator that has been paid for since July. I understand it is not the sales associate who is to blame and I was told there would be a wait. This is just getting to be quite ridiculous. We are very frustrated to have paid for something we don't have in our home. They have our money and we have nothing. We considered buying other big ticket items there but are hesitant after this ordeal. ~Alan

The tire center would not put correct amount of air in the tires they installed on my vehicle due to there POLICY. They also used an impact to install my tires when manufacture says not to use an impact. Lug torque is 140 ft pounds. Did there impact set the rite torque??? Wonder if that is in their policy also. ~dan
