Best electronics store in Cadillac, Michigan (MI) 2024

We purchased new kitchen appliances July 2021. it is now April 2022 and we still don't have a refrigerator that has been paid for since July. I understand it is not the sales associate who is to blame and I was told there would be a wait. This is just getting to be quite ridiculous. We are very frustrated to have paid for something we don't have in our home. They have our money and we have nothing. We considered buying other big ticket items there but are hesitant after this ordeal. ~Alan

Had a great chance to chat and learn from the owner about my laptop. I had a great experience after my computer dropped and he fixed it within a reasonable price. When something wasn't right when I brought it home he adjusted the issue and explained some further options for us in the future if our laptop caused us more issues. Great guy and very knowledgeable ~Alexis

I had a return for a light up board for my daughter that didn’t work as promised. I was able to start return on the app using my account which made it easy. When I went to the store, I did have to move to where everyone gets money orders and also cashes checks and wait in line there, however a gentleman jumped in to help and both he & the other lady were very friendly l. My return was quick and easy as well. I think in the past (around 6-12 months ago?) whomever I dealt with for a return was not very pleasant at ALL, like I was a burden for them or they just didn’t want to work 🤔 but the people I had recently were great!! Store is clean & good variety of items. So 5 stars! ~Jen
