I'd rate a zero if I could paid almost 400$ to do my taxes and their staff member messed up on my taxes and a month later I get a later from the IRS saying I owe 1,100$ in 2 weeks because of H&R blocks mistake called them they realized their mistake and would take no ownership of their mistake she was very rude inconsiderate and not very mature at least take ownership of your own mistakes do not go here you can go anywhere else for less than half the price and have better service and more of a guarantee

Never had my problem resolved. No matter how many times I reached out to customer service or drove up to the building. Lost money that I really needed thanks to one of your employees. Will NEVER be back again. Maybe I’ll take it to small claims court so I can get the money I desperately need.

Well. It wasnt good at all. At least not during CoVid. I went in on 3-21. She did the taxes but wouldnt let me have them cuz my I'd expired month before. So I cant Get into SS to get I'd cuz CoVid. I make an appoint for 2 months.. (real bummed cuz thd return turned out 3660.00. Didnt get license updated til 5- 15- 21. So I'm patient. Didnt start cking on it for awhile but when I did u couldnt find it. Heating credit was due Sept 31. Finally get someone to look into my taxes on why snd where. Cone to find out my accountant did not send it in ( IRS WOULDNT TAKE IT!) When the counter lady figured it out on the Sept 29th.... she did not put the employeer EIC NUMBER in right. I been waiting 6 months after getting the license done!! 9 months. $$250 was charged... now the 10-05-21 still nothing. U tell me? Would u go back .

I went there to get my taxes done. The guy who did my taxes sped SO FAST through every single screen and did NOT double check in what he was doing. That resulted in him making a mistake that costed me from receiving $600. Matter of fact, it was me who noticed the mistake - AFTER he already put my tax return through. I had to go through the bother of playing phone tag with this H& R block because they didn’t even have the decency to keep me updated on what the resolve would be. I had to drive up there numerous times, and finally I was given an appeal paper to mail to the IRS in the hopes of finally receiving the money I lost out of due to H&R block’s mistake. It’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t seen that money. I get it, we all make mistakes. I’m normally very understanding, but given the fact that the person who did my taxes blew through them as fast as he did, obviously it didn’t matter much to him that I’d have to wait a long time for money, even though I’m in desperate need of it currently. Maybe next time he will go slower, and proof read? Who knows. Either way, I will never go back to ANY H&R Block again. Ever.

Not only did they screw up on my taxes not once but twice then they got rejected and they never bothered to call me and tell me I've been waiting 2 months for my taxes money that was never going to show up unless I called them
