Very expensive , cluttered and jumbled. Very hard to find a good outfit. Men and women share the same fitting rooms - not goog. When I was in the fitting room trying on a blouse I could hear a guy next door talking to himself - I felt so scared - I came out so quickly 😱😨🙀.

First time visiting since the store moved from Baldwin to Great Lakes...nice, clean, organized. Like the selection of Men's dress socks.

Absolute trash. From the messy isles and clothing racks to the absolutely racist store clerks. I am not from this area, I came to buy stuff and used my credit card with MY OWN NAME ON IT and GRACE the clerk called card services and told them I was attempting to Defraud. Makes no sense, but my dark skin tone should explain everything! I was in the store for 1.5 hours for a tiny $500 purchase. I contacted Nordstrom to inform them of the incident to no avail. My husband and I have been loyal Nordstrom card holder since 2014, we have NOT been back since this incident and we will NEVER shop at ANY Nordstrom ever again.

I like this place. It's got some pretty cool stuff. You kinda have to pick through it and come by frequently because stock changes but we find some nice deals.

The employee who helped me was absolutely wonderful. Should have come to this store first for my formal gown. Left with a $140 Vince Camato dress for less than $50. Great selection and GREAT size inclusion.

I love the collection of active wear they have here . They also have a number of bags in every colour possible from guess to Steve madden to kors. If you are looking for guess or Steve madden you can check if they are running any offers first in their respective outlets and then come back here. For the makeup, cosmetic company store has better offers.

Loved this location. The service was fantastic. Everyone working there that I encountered was pleasant and professional. They had a great assortment of shoes, clothes, and other items. The selections were organized well and they had a fantastic variety of brands. I found everything from new tennis shoes to business professional clothes. Definitely recommend stopping by

This location has the worst customer service. I came in to return an item that I bought a couple days prior and they refused to return it for me. I told them I’ve returned something similar before and have not had a problem and their response was “they probably returned it by mistake” no, they returned it because they are aware of their own return policy and I have a right to get my 150$ back. The item was unused. Not only did I wait in that line for over a half hour but the young lady had the nerve to give me an attitude and throw my item on the counter when I asked to deal with a manager instead. So ridiculous.

Great prices on shoes! Unique finds. Clothing prices are still higher than TJ Maxx or other stores. Love the higher end options here still. Which will keep me coming back. Hopefully everything doesn't go the way of budget brands. Also naked mannequin is hilarious.

I went today to pick up an online order, there was a middle-aged Asian lady who was at that counter (I did not catch her name), who I asked to open my package for me so that I could leave the large box there, there was just a single item inside. She cut the tape and then pushed it towards me and told me to go take care of it because she had to help other customers. I looked behind me and I saw nobody. And, quite frankly I believe I was the customer that was being helped?! I didn't appreciate that at all. I just wanted to dispose of the box so I didn't have to do so at home and this employee really lacked professionalism and courtesy. On a side note; she did not ask to see my ID or my order number email, so I guess you can just walk up and point to a box and she will hand it to you, no questions asked.
