I personally like loft clothing but because of this Bad customer service and negligence ,I will never visit this store again , I purchased around 10 items from them but they packed only 9 items in my bag.Later when I noticed that I got only 9 items I called them for another item which I didn’t received ,they asked me to come all the way 50 miles again and show the receipt. and when I went there they didn’t even apologize me for this thing and I told them that my day was wasted coming again for this thing .I felt so bad ,i’ll never shop in this store again.
