I ordered a bag for store pick up. The store was an hour away and I showed up that afternoon. So the order wasn’t ready when I got there so they sold me The same bag for more money. When I got home the bag was not the same color as it was online. When I returned it the sale was over in the store. So the bag that I wanted to buy I had to re-order online. They wouldn’t honor the online price or give me the price that I could have purchased it when I originally picked up the first bag. Their 800 customer service was very friendly spent 40 minutes calling the store the order was placed and it would be ready for pick up that day. They said I couldn’t pick up the bag for 48 hours the employees in the store are rude into the point of obnoxious. After today I will never step foot in the store again . And they wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing. This isn’t even a different company they’re both coach outlet

Really bad customer service price attached on a product was 199 and they told me it’s 219 and we can’t change it whose fault is this ?

Whats to say it's Coach. My 1 complaint is for whatever reason I never get a salesperson to come up to me I always have to go get one. They are friendly and helpful after I approach them. 1 time I stood by while while one just chitchatted with another non purchasing customer while I stood there waiting for 10 minutes until I said excuse me do you have this is a size 10? Yes I have big feet don't judge! Lol

I bought this purse 2 weeks ago I tried to replace it because of the discoloration they won’t exchange it for me and the manager JORDAN was so rude And he said he’s unable to do anything for me!! I don’t recommend this store anymore

I love Coach but I had a not so nice experience at Great Lakes Crossing in Michigan on March 11, 2021 around 11am. I had come from taking care of some court business with my sister, so I was dressed business casual. The floor sales rep would not let me look around in the store. They were holding a bracelet for me and when I came back to get it they sarcasticly said "Oh you came Back" and only allowed me to pay for the bracelet. Hind sight I should have walked out but I really wanted the bracelet. Shame on me! I used to let things like this slide but not anymore, it's happening too often. I came back to the store maybe a year later and this young lady was very nice and helpful. I told her of my experience and she apologized for her older coworkers. The racial tension was THICK. I hope they have got themselves together!

I went into the Coach outlet to see items for myself versus the online store. They do offer different options. Glad I went in. There was a young lady who assisted me greatly. Spent an hour in the store and bought about 2k worth of items. She didn't rush me at all and her coworkers didn't rush her despite the store being full. She was very attentive, kind and patient. When I go back, I'll make sure to get her name and edit this review so she can get her flowers. Again, they had many options of high quality items for both men and women but mostly women. Purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, belts, shoes, boots, jackets, shirts, colognes, perfumes, money clips, hair clips, duffel bags, even masks. You name it, they have it. I came into the store to get my wife a few items for Sweetest Day. I know I didn't have to but we had just gotten married on 08.29.2021. Wifey was extremely happy. Going the extra mile just like the employees at the Coach outlet is always a good thing and very appreciated. I'll be coming back for certain.

I simply LOVE my new travel tote GREAT quality in fine leather good has always been a staple commitment for the Coach brand. The only drawback of all the purchases I've made is the store/outlet company DOESN'T offer boxes for purchases. I totally expected that a large bag such as this should have been boxed for safe storage later
