This location has the worst customer service. I came in to return an item that I bought a couple days prior and they refused to return it for me. I told them I’ve returned something similar before and have not had a problem and their response was “they probably returned it by mistake” no, they returned it because they are aware of their own return policy and I have a right to get my 150$ back. The item was unused. Not only did I wait in that line for over a half hour but the young lady had the nerve to give me an attitude and throw my item on the counter when I asked to deal with a manager instead. So ridiculous. ~E

This Marshalls is located right in the outlet mall of auburn hills, the Great Lake crossing. Big store and very organised but they don’t always have great selection of products . It all depends on the season. Went in January 4 and they already have Valentine’s Day accessories out. I buy my Calvin Klein underwear’s from their store as they always has the best deals. Their prices are better than the outlet mall itself. They do carry Samsonite travel bags for up to 99$ which is a great deal as well for this type of travel bags. I wasn’t lucky this time but bought almost all my travel bag from their store. If you are looking for men’s polo Ralph Lauren or Calvin Klein underwear and lingerie they do carry that for great prices as well. ~Maria

Good sales and well organized ~I

I went into the Coach outlet to see items for myself versus the online store. They do offer different options. Glad I went in. There was a young lady who assisted me greatly. Spent an hour in the store and bought about 2k worth of items. She didn't rush me at all and her coworkers didn't rush her despite the store being full. She was very attentive, kind and patient. When I go back, I'll make sure to get her name and edit this review so she can get her flowers. Again, they had many options of high quality items for both men and women but mostly women. Purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, belts, shoes, boots, jackets, shirts, colognes, perfumes, money clips, hair clips, duffel bags, even masks. You name it, they have it. I came into the store to get my wife a few items for Sweetest Day. I know I didn't have to but we had just gotten married on 08.29.2021. Wifey was extremely happy. Going the extra mile just like the employees at the Coach outlet is always a good thing and very appreciated. I'll be coming back for certain. ~Roseclan24
