No attendant was present upon my arrival during open hours. Signage for the drop off location consists of a hand written piece of paper taped to a pole. I was charged a late fee for my tow dolly, however, I was not charged a late fee on my truck. They were both returned at the SAME time 24 hours prior to the expiration of the 4-day rental period. Find another U-haul drop off and save yourself the hassle.

It was raining very hard when we picked up the trailer. The guy didn't want to stand out there and hook up the lights for us. Other than that it was nice.
