Great service, better than the Howard St in Port Huron by miles and miles. They know what is going on and how to take car of the customer here in Croswell. Howard St. in Port Huron would not take the time from their lunch snack to make an effort to get my business so I went elsewhere.

Reserved a truck Friday afternoon, spoke with Dave one of the managers. Told him I would be there Sunday when they open to pick it up and have it back by 5 that same day. Get there today, only to find both managers are off and the 2 people working have NO training on how to rent a truck and can't even log in to the Uhaul system. I have an entire house to move today! People waiting to help and NO truck!! This is ridiculous!! I work all week and have to start paying rent on our new place march 1st. I will be paying rent on a house I can't stay in. I have to pay extra to stay in our old place now till next weekend! There are no words that can describe how mad I am right now!
