Not many choices when it comes to fast food or a drive thru experience in a rural area, so I'd expect the customer service and food to be above average to bring more people in, but that's not the case here. Orders consistently incorrect, food slapped together and looks to be sat on when received...good luck ever getting a shake of any kind, because the "machine is down". Smelliest and most unappetizing location.

I don't like McDonald's. I stopped to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Very unusual. The place was super clean. Bathroom too. The people super nice. Gotta give this location props for getting it right. Too bad most all others are trashy and unfriendly. This one was in Croswell MI.

For being the only fast food place in town you would think that they would strive on doing better and not screwing up orders I mean seriously a small town with less than 5000 people and you can't even get orders right.. constantly pulling people forward.. I don't think I've been to this restaurant one single time without having to be pulled forward I mean seriously how hard is it to make a double cheeseburger and some french fries... This place is a joke 💯💯💯💯💯💯

They messed up my orders too many times. If they don’t have all what I order let’s say for example 3 cookies, they don’t say anything about it and just give me what they have. I pay for 3 and end up with 1-2 cookies. That’s not all. It’s like you have to ask for your change at the window. I’ll wait and wait and won’t usually receive my change until I ask for it. Pay attention to the cashier. I bet people got tired of waiting and just drove off without their money. 2 stars

Check your order. I ordered 2 Qtr. Lb. Bacon Chz. Went home to find No Bacon, no pickles and half the cheese, half of it was laying on the side of the box. 10 miles I could have saved if I checked first.

nice people, fast service and they get the order right. The only issue I had was I gave them a gift card I had and cash to cover what the card didn't. The kid used my money first, then the card and handed me the card back with a balance, When I told him he was supposed to use the card first, he just kind of looked at me. Maybe I should have explained it but I didn't think I had to. Other than that it's a good place to go.

Not the greatest but one of only a couple fast food options in this small town. Food accurate only 50% of the time, maybe. Condiments were given about 30% of the time. We usually go here about 2 or more times a month. Staff is friendly on approach. We usually use curbside pick up. Lately drive through has also been better in kind, friendly customer service. I'd love to give a 4 or more star but with the inconsistencies of food order just can't do it.

Friendly staff And fast service BUT... 4 mcdoubles were ordered with extra pickle and extra onion Bot one of them had any extra at all Only the stand that comes on them They were barely warm And my breakfast burrito was a half folded mess and not even wrapped all the way And my mcchicken i ordered with pickle and onion had one single pickle slapped in the middle The only thing that was correct was my mcchicken with extra lettuce
