During one of the most challenging times in our family's life (the death of our mother), amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, with various estate issues involving the family's trust, our experience with Jennifer Havel was God-sent! This company cold calls people at home and bugs people about selling their house and continues to drone on about selling even after I said that I was not interested in selling. Then, continues to ask if my neighbors would consider selling (this after I ask him to take me off their call list)... So, I begin to ask them questions like what company & what location and the guy answers 2 questions & says not to continue to ask questions and rudely hangs up on me... What? Don't like me asking you questions after you call me at home bugging with a million questions!??? STOP COLD CALLING & BUGGING PEOPLE WITHOUT THEM ASKING YOU TO CALL THEM. Byeeeeee

Had an issue with my check that was cut for property taxes when we first bought our home. It was cut from their escrow account. Long story short, had some issues, called and left a voicemail for David Botsford, he called me back and called lapeer county and paid the taxes over the phone with a debit/credit card. He called me back to let me know it was taken care of. This all happened on my 30 minute lunch break! i was so pleased with how quick he handled the situation!

I had an absolutely great experience working with Jennifer Havel at Keller Williams! From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable about the entire selling process, very proactive, and followed-up on everything promptly. She sold my house during one of the most difficult seasons too, the holidays. Jennifer was well prepared with comps and helped me price my house appropriately. After listing with Jennifer, we had an offer within 3 days . . . amazing. I got a higher price per square-foot than just about all the other homes in the subdivision who had sold in the last year or so. Needless to say, I was very happy! And finally, Jennifer even provided me with a reminder list of things to do after the house was sold (turning off utilities, changing my address, etc), which was really thoughtful. Jennifer went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!!

I would like to share my experience in selling my condo. My realtor was Tom Gaunt. I could not have found a better realtor to sell my condo! He is so informative, detailed and walked us every step of the way. Tom went above and beyond and worked hard for us to make this as easy a process as possible. He even went a step further by offering to assist with us looking for a rental place after the sale of my condo. Tom exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him if you are looking at selling your property - trust me you will be in good hands!! Thank you Tom, you're awesome!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I couldn’t be more disappointed, frustrated and angered by the broker of this office and realtor Justin Smith. My husband and I purchased a home listed by this agency and after dealing with over a week of “negotiations” that led us to essentially the same purchase agreement that we started with, our offer was finally accepted by the sellers and they signed LEGAL documents agreeing to the purchase and terms. After everything was finalized, less than 24 hours later we were informed the sellers changed their minds and no longer wanted to sell their home. While trying to deal with a realistic and fair release statement, (which our realtor wrote up after hours of research and contact with lawyers, which was Justin Smith’s responsibility), Justin failed to follow the timeline of the original purchase agreement which forced us to put $5,000 into an escrow account by the deadline since there was absolutely nothing in writing from the sellers stating their decision to terminate the contract and sale of their home. It caused us to lose out on putting an offer on other homes because we still were in a legally binding contract until a release was officially signed. Justin & his broker were incredibly unethical, unreasonable, and simply irresponsible when it came to the situation, and I would hate for this to happen to others. I can’t even begin to describe the stress and issues it caused for my husband, myself and our realtor. We wish we had never gotten involved with this office & realtor.

I was referred by a friend to Jim Fisher and I'm so glad I was because I really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was patient and kind, thorough and straight forward. I never once felt like I was being pushed or manipulated to go with something I didn't want. He is newer to the realty business so he had the time to spend on searching and researching the best options for me. And he had been in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years so he knew all the ins and outs of multiple aspects of the Home buying process. It was really comforting knowing I could turn to him with questions about pretty much anything and he would get back to me right away. I've given his card to any of my friends and co-workers who talk about buying a home and will continue to do so. I am a first time home buyer and thanks to Jim, it will probably be the only house I will ever need to buy.

I put in an offer through another realtor for a short sale house listed by this office in April of 2015. My realtor never could get any information about the offer. Finally in mid-August we were told that the bank rejected the short sale in May. They never informed me. Now we turned in the form to rescind my offer so I could get my earnest money back. It has been almost 2 weeks now and they have not signed the paperwork! Absolutely the worst realtor that I have ever dealt with.
