I had an absolutely great experience working with Jennifer Havel at Keller Williams! From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable about the entire selling process, very proactive, and followed-up on everything promptly. She sold my house during one of the most difficult seasons too, the holidays. Jennifer was well prepared with comps and helped me price my house appropriately. After listing with Jennifer, we had an offer within 3 days . . . amazing. I got a higher price per square-foot than just about all the other homes in the subdivision who had sold in the last year or so. Needless to say, I was very happy! And finally, Jennifer even provided me with a reminder list of things to do after the house was sold (turning off utilities, changing my address, etc), which was really thoughtful.
