Like other people have said avoid Budget Truck Rental. I placed a Reservation with them for a truck at 375.00 with Unlimited Mileage. The Truck broke down on the Trip they left me and my GF stranded in the Cold for 11 hrs I wish that was an exaggeration. Finally they towed the truck afterwards they Charged me 1146 dollars for millage upon calling them I was informed that there are no contracts with Unlimited mileage. And that the charge would not be refunded this event actually cost me my apartment I lost my home because of this. I truly cannot warn you enough to avoid this company. I have attached a copy of the Reservation I blurred out my personal info. I don't want anyone else to to get hurt as badly as I was by this company.

The truck and trailer were ready when we arrived. They were very clean,well maintained, and affordable. The dealer was very friendly and gave easy to understand instructions. We drove 1555 miles with no problems at all. We plan on using budget in the future.

Don't go here horrible services I was charged almost 400 dollars for using a truck for 24 hours they never gave me a estimated price then came up with u bunch of charges and reason why I was charged a outrages price customer service was no help go to uhaul down the road on alpine next to miejers it will be 300 hundred dollars cheaper

I bought a box spring and mattress here for when I moved to go to Western Michigan University back in 2003 and later I brought them with me across the state. I've had them ever since and I've always slept great on them.
