Never in my life have I had such poor service from a retail business. Tim Whyhaski (not sure on spelling, the manager) and Paul (a worker) I tried asking questions over the phone and they hung up on me every time. They told me my battery had a 3 year warranty then when I went in to replace it they told me it had a year and I was 2 months too late. The battery worked for one month. They have no manners in how they communicate with anyone. ~The

The perfect burger So my girlfriend and I were hungry and in the spur of the moment we stopped at Burger King. I didn't think much of it at first, but when my girlfriend unwrapped her burger, she was pretty amazed. "perfect" was the only word she said. I believe this was the first ever time someone has described a Burger King burger as perfect. 10/10 the burgers are really circular. ~Evan

Matthew at the store went above and beyond with his services of helping us with sea doo’s. He was so resourceful not only did he help us check for dead battery he gave us suggestions on where to have it fixed. Thank you for taking the time to go the extra mile on a Sunday evening! ~Kelli

Great location. Easy in and out. Easy access to the expressway. Have always had a good experience here with friendly cashiers. Large store with good selection of drinks, chips, candy, and some vehicle maintenance items. ~Jerry

Customer service is awesome. The desk was quick to aid me. Nothing beats the price, either. $30! Waited less than a hour. I appreciate the checklist that they do when they service your vehicle and then tell you about the things they found in terms that are easy to understand. ~Genevieve

We were in town at Duke Creek Campground and thought we would try this place! We are HUGE pizza fans (I mean, who isn't?). The BLT Submarine Sandwich was excellent. They crisped the bacon as requested, and added extra mayo as ordered. The thin crust, light sauce pepperoni and bacon pizza was absurdly delicious... As was the cheese only pizza. The cheese and spice flavoring was a perfect mix! This is one of our all time favorite pizza places now! When picking up the food, I noticed it was a really hot day, and those ovens keep the place REALLY hot inside, too. I gave extra tip because of the heat alone, but also for the amazing and detailed service. We will be back! Thanks so much! ~Erin

I deal with tractor supply alot..in cedar springs michigan today..we needed a dogbone 30amp to 50amp..jim that works there preceded to tell my wife in a cocky and arrogant way she was wrong on the name and didnt have one..so she went next door to which they didnt have one..so she went back to tsc to look for herself thinking maybe he didnt understand what she was talking about..again he was cocky and walked away..so she pulled it up on tsc website to which it says DOGBONE..and he says dont care its an adapter..wife went to another local tsc and mentioned his name and said yep heard hes a jerk..i will drive extra time to any other tsc but cedar springs..😡 ~Erich
