We made arrangements today for a Moving Truck Rental for business purposes. The details of our needs continuously changed all day and had to be altered from the pick up and drop off days, specific times, location, type of vehicle, literally everything we could have changed we did more than once. Sabrina from the Clarkston, MI location was an incredible help! She was extremely polite and professional. She was beyond patient with the SEVERAL changes we had to make to our reservation several times over. I probably called her 5 times today (maybe more) and every time her great customer service remained consistently great! Everyone should know customer service as well as she and the world would be a better and much less frustrating place! THANK YOU SABRINA for all of your help! You deserve 5 stars and a raise!
