My review is for this specific local branch and not the overall bank practices, rules, or remote customer service.
Did an excellent job addressing my concerns in person banker overheard my issue with counter staff and went out of her way to help. When she was unable to resolve the issue immediately the branch manager followed up within 2 business hours to remove a hold on my check for me. This is my bank I use in the US and Internationally and I was happy they continued great in person service.
I was happy to see there was still a reason to use a physical location as well. ~Derrick
