I joined Vibe to build a relationship and my credit. I’ve been a member now for about 2 years and all I can say is Vibe is wonderful!! They will help you in any journey that you are trying to get to from personal loans, auto loans or credit cards. They put you first and really treat you like they care !! My review is for this specific local branch and not the overall bank practices, rules, or remote customer service. Did an excellent job addressing my concerns in person banker overheard my issue with counter staff and went out of her way to help. When she was unable to resolve the issue immediately the branch manager followed up within 2 business hours to remove a hold on my check for me. This is my bank I use in the US and Internationally and I was happy they continued great in person service. I was happy to see there was still a reason to use a physical location as well. ~Derrick

The staff was very kind all expect for the lady who implied I should just leave the bank and take my check to a party store instead. I didn't find this very appealing nor did she seemingly care about the image she's putting out there thanks Helen ~Sam
