My daughter had wiring install appointment, employee said it would take maximum 2 hours. After 3 hours she was told they can not complete the job due to not having knowledge of the vehicle type. total R1 factor conclusion.

What a cluster! The people outside moving trucks around and rude. The people hired to help load the truck were late, rude, didn't pack well, caused a ton of damage to person belongings. We were sent to two other locations at the last minute and had to pay extra, nothing ordered was available, and we got upcharged for getting what was needed for the move. Never again U-Haul! Never Again. This was for my son's move, but I will never use U-Haul either. I recommend manners to start with.

Stopped in this afternoon to see if they could look at my trailer lights as they were not working. Service was phenomenal and prompt. Had them fixed quickly.

Booked appointment and had to prepay for a trailer hitch. Dropped off my SUV and when I went back to pick it was informed they didn't have the correct hitch. Had to come back. Installer said they would "knock some money off for the inconvience" they didn't. Installer was friendly the rest of the people at the front desk acted like I was I interrupting their day. They finally got it done but customer service there is awful. Too bad, they used to be really good. Is there "new management"?

Great service and friendly help. I rented an enclosed trailer and they connected the trailer for me and was very friendly, spending time with me making sure I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. Great service!

Had to come here because a truck we booked wasn’t available elsewhere. We were urged to use the mobile app to check in which turned out to be a waste of time since we had to wait in line at the counter anyway. Service was extremely slow

Went in with an appointment to get my a car hitch frame installed. The mechanic, Tramone, was very professional and friendly. He completed the work in roughly 90 minutes and I had no issues. I would happily come back to this location.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I regret choosing them for my hitch installation and wish I would have spent more money to go through another company. I bought a new (used) car and needed a hitch to do my weekend job. I paid extra to have the hitch delivered early and scheduled an installation the day before a gig. I received a call the night before saying the hitch hadn't arrived, and that somebody would contact me in the morning. No one did. I called at least 5-6 times, always got routed to the call center in Florida. Every time they told me a manager would call me. I got "one" call back when someone direct messaged a manager at the location... but that manager said they'd call me back with an update and once again- never did. I couldn't get a resolution or updates from anyone at the store- meanwhile I had to make accommodations to tow my trailer so I could do my job. I was finally able to confirm my things had arrived at the location and schedule- without ever hearing back from a manager. They gave me an invoice to sign upon arrival- THAT DIDN'T MATCH MY ORIGINAL EMAIL. They were going to charge me way more than quoted. We got someone else involved, who "fixed" it. I signed it and they did the work. When I went to pay they tried charging me a different amount, AGAIN. The third invoice didn't match the one they fixed!!! They "fixed" it a second time. I was so upset I don't even know if I paid the right amount, I just left. In the end the hitch was installed, but there was zero follow through with management and nobody helped resolve this situation. I had to wait on hold on the way to work, during my lunch breaks, all to try and make this happen. If you want to help your customers- give them a direct line to the stores- or hold management accountable for actually calling people back. Don't route them through a call center when there is little they can do to resolve these situations. This put my job at risk, and it proved to me Uhaul can't be trusted to resolve frustrating, but understandable situations.
