Being new to the area, I decided to give this salon a chance. I made an appointment, but when I arrived 15 minutes early, the door was locked and no note on the door. I immediately called but no one answered the phone. I had no idea whether anyone was going to show so I decided to leave after leaving a message. Later, I received a call back from Stephanie who did not seem to be concerned that she was no one there when I arrived. She made excuses awjy she was not there. I finally asked if I could get another appointment and the earliest she was willing to give me was a week away. Not a good impression for a potential client. I have decided to go elsewhere. Because Stephanie did not think it was a big deal that she was not there when I arrived

Absolutely loved my experience at Exhale Salon! Pam is an amazing colorist, she took excellent care of me and made sure everything was done to my liking. The store is super cute and the prices are great. I actually got a Groupon so I was very impressed by the whole experience! I can't wait to see Pam again in a month and a half for a trim and a touch up!!

Very disapponted with hair and mani-pedi .worst exeperience ever . I asked for hair color and higlights with cut before i booked appointment 2 weeks ago . Pam did route touch and cut .Still all over grey hair which i have to color my hair again .mani-pedi i came home and nail polish start chipping out . i had to remove nail polish within hour .

The owner of this salon, Pam, is top-notch in terms of customer service!! I experienced a scheduling issue with one of the stylists there which was extremely frustrating, but Pam called the same day to resolve the issue. I am looking forward to visiting the salon in the future - thank you Pam!!
