Went in to get my haircut plus get beard trimmed. I even make a appointment for what I needed Supercut with shampoo plus beard trim she cut my hair didn’t shampoo it plus barley trimmed my beard then I asked her to fully cut it she said it was $10 more. Got home washed my hair and so many long hairs that were missed. First time in awhile I went out to get my hair cut. Services: Beard trim, Haircut, Buzz cut

Husband scheduled an appointment to get his head shaved down to a 1 and beard trimmed online. He gets to his appointment and price has now changed the lady charged him 10$ extra for a beard trim after the website had it all included in the price we saw. He gets home and his hair is butchard. So many short area then long hairs everywhere. Back full of long hairs. Never ever ever will come here again. Service: Haircut

I will be honest. I was a little apprehensive about coming here. I've heard and read mixed reviews but I couldn't get in to my normal hairstylist and couldn't take another day fighting with my hair. So I took a chance and sat in Monica's chair. Oh my gosh!! I will sit in her chair again!! She gave me the BEST cut!! I walked out feeling amazing!!Thank you Monica!! I will be back soon!! Not my normal Supercuts visit.. Requested Light trim ends shampoo and style received more layers (that I almost had grown out). Was recommended to get a super short cut. Had to request finish drying. But still ended not totally dry so 2 hours later had a head full of waves and curls. That is when the layers showed up.. I have been wearing hair straight for several years now.. but for this look drying must be finished... As I have traveled the last couple of years i had been able to count on the training and care received from Supercuts.. I am disappointed that I paid for a shampoo and trim and needed to redo before day was out.

My children wanted certain hair cuts and I should've listened when they said not to come here. The boys' bangs were incredibly short, their hair was longer in spots, and the hair dresser made them feel like it was their fault.

Nicki was a life saver! I went in practically ready to shave my head, and she helped me with a cute cut and a conditioner treatment to save my hair. She also took the time to teach me how to style my new do, and had a great suggestions for products to help from getting to this point again. Went in for a much needed haircut today. Nicki greeted me instantly with a pleasant welcome and be right with you. Very short wait. Nicki did the impossible by getting my “Doc Brown” hair back to its well groomed style. She was wonderful the entire time and was meticulous in getting it just right. Made an appointment at 3:15pm. At 3:22 the manager (who was suppose to cut my hair) called a walk in to go ahead of me. This was 2 minutes after the assistant manager let her know that I was the 3:15 appointment. I m mentioned that I was next as she was placing the other lady in the chair. She apologized and said there was a miscommunication as she still placed the walk in on the chair and didn’t honor our appointment. I wasn’t able to get my hair cut. I really wish they were more organized.
