I have had a fantastic experience here so far. I checked out about 6 different storage facilities across several companies, but the Extra Space Storage sites were always the most appealing. This location as well is fantastic and the place and units are meticulously cleaned and well taken care of. Holly was immensely helpful in helping me get settled in and asking all of my questions. She eased my mind with any concern I had and was very helpful and informative. I have had nothing but positive experiences here so far.

My son recommended Extra Space Storage as he had a positive experience. It was an excellent choice to store brand new furniture for my new house. The 15x20 unit was climate controlled, clean, easy to access and the location representatives were professional and courteous. The monthly rent was pricey but since I was storing on a short-term basis, it was acceptable.

I rented at Extra Space Storage on 8 /27/2022 the front desk lady is very friendly and gentle she is the perfect type of person for front desk since everything starts there . She explained every question very proffesional and clear but in a gentle way . The place has a great offer and good prices . Very clean place too . Thank you !

I started renting my 10x10 unit at a discounted price. I signed the contract and was notified in the lease that the price would eventually increase by $50, which is totally fine. However, I just received a bill for almost double the discounted price and $40 more than my lease price. I called the local office to inquire about this increase and they said they sent a change of price notification in the mail, which I never received. I am fine with paying the higher rate that I signed the contract for, but when I asked about the super increased rate on my bill the guy on the phone said it was all based on market price for the area and there was nothing they could do. It's ridiculous that I signed a lease at one price and now they can increase it however they please. I will be moving facilities and I am highly disappointed in the experience I had. I would not recommend this storage facility at all.

BEWARE!!! This company will confirm a unit in your name with no authorized users listed, will take money from ANYONE THEREBY CONFIRMING THAT A SPECIFIC UNIT WITH YOUR BELONGINGS IS INDEED YOUR UNIT. During business hours, persons with out legal access are ALLOWED to gain entry and go through the hallways. Weekend you call and talk to XAVIER and ask why and how an unauthorized person was able to gain access to your unit and notify him that legal action is being taken, he just hangs up on you. I informed them that I did not want anyone to be able to make a payment on MY unit. By accepting payment they confirmed that particular unit was mine.

So far, my experience has been very good. I completed the account setup and process online to take advantage of the deal. I love the units are inside with air-conditioning and it is very clean. I feel safe going to my unit because there are several mechanisms in place such as requiring a code to get into the building, into the elevator, etc.
