Tracey in the office is extremely helpful. The monthly rates are too expensive and the dumpster in the back is always locked. But the autopay option is convenient.

the temperature control I'm not sure if it was down for maintenance but it was so hot last I went there and I had to remove some items that could have been damaged from such. the woman who works the desk is very sweet and helpful

Tracie and Jeremy are top notch. Their customer service is beyond what one would expect from a storage facility. The two of them listen to what I was needing with my storage needs and provided this service. Then when a better option came up within the facility I got a personal phone call and was able to take advantage of the offer. What a team!

Jeremy was so helpful and took the time to show me several units before I made my decision! The facilities are very nice, freshly painted, climate controlled, and clean. I’m excited to have a storage unit here! Can’t wait to free up my apartment!! Highly recommend.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the price as it has risen quite substantially over the months given the market demand for storage needs. But given our last storage facility had multiple break-ins and issues I'm willing to pay a bit more to know that our items are safe.

This facility is clean and well managed. Jeremy and Tracy are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Tracy actually helped me carry my boxes when I broke my foot! Great attitude. Place is extremely clean. Climate controlled. I feel like my stuff is safe, and I am safe when I am there. They are very attuned to what is going on there. Very happy!
